we bought all kitchenaid appliances for our newly built home, and paid over 15k for it all. The microwave does not work, and the dealer doesnt seem to care to call us back despite 2 messages already left on their voicemail. Very disappointed.

I have a Model KBMC147HSSO which I bought about 8 years ago. The springs in the door broke twice , and it stopped working twice during the 8 years. The door springs broke again last week, and 5 days later the microwave stopped working again. Junk.
