After years of using hand mixers, I finally decided to work smarter and not harder. I no longer have to holder the hand mixer with one hand and hold the mixing bowl steady with the other. While my daughter adds ingredients or scraps the bowl with a spatula. I love my KitchenAid Mixer. I'm so smart.

I've been wanting a stand mixer for ages and finally got one recently. I had been unable to bake by myself for months, following a shoulder injury, due to the vibrations from my hand mixer. The stand mixer is quiet, easy to operate and exceeds all expectations. The bowl is lightweight and easy to remove. Clean up is easy. Looking forward to lots more fun with it!

I've been wanting a mixer for a long time now, and when they went on sale I was finally able to afford one. So far I've made a few loaves of bread, cheesecake, and whip topping and all have worked out wonderfully. The attachments that come with my mixer (wire whisk, paddle, dough hook) are easy to clean and fit on perfectly. My mixer can ploughing through semi cold cream cheese without missing a beat. The mixer itself is easy to clean as well, and fits easily into my cabinets for storage. I'm going to be using my mixer to make all of my holiday gifts this year and more than being practical, I have a blast using it.

I got this as a gift for Christmas. I think this is a good mixer. My issue is the bowl isn't very big. I think to mix larger batches you would need a larger bowl. I do plan to buy one, but it won't be much bigger than what it comes with. I have also found it to move on higher speeds. It does do a good job mixing what I'm making.

My mother bought this for me as a gift since I love to bake, but can't always use a handheld mixer when I have an MS flare up. It fits perfectly in my studio sized apartment and I've been very happy with the quality. It mixes better than a handheld and the different speed settings give me more control. The attachments are easy to put on / take off and it's simple to clean. I especially love that I can still make all my paleo treats from scratch when I'm having a flare up!

My old mixer (not a KitchenAid) finally died after 30+ years. Wanted to upgrade and so I did. Looking forward to putting it to good use. Just wish it came with the beater with the scraping blade, as I have to use a spatula to ensure even mixing. This is the recurrent complaint about the mixer.

This mixer not only works like a gem it looks like one as well. It's a must for any kitchen. Aside from the mixer there are a multitude of attachments you can get that are compatible with the mixer. I've been grinding my own meat and burgers have never tasted better.

Was so happy I could finally get a KitchenAid mix after years of using a 40 plus year old hand me down Kenwood Chef mixer that was still kicking. It wasn't the unit I really wanted but I was able to afford this one and I have not been disappointed. I would recommend this unit to anyone!

I received this as a gift a month ago. The mixer is very easy to use. I love that when mixing a large batch up it doesn't bog down. Clean up is quick. I really like the fact that everything is covered so batter does not get up into the mixer wells.

Only thing it is good for is egg whites and cookies. IF you use it try and make dough its useless. Used twice and now it will shake off the counter if I don't sit there and watch itf if she is making dough. If she makes other stuff it isn't as bad but still shakes. Bought it for wife. Didn't really use it when I first bought it for her. It sat in box in basement. Now its a paper weight. Out of warrenty. DON'T BUY!!! Buy a better brand.
